We attach great importance to a conscious handling and use of available resources, minimizing energy consumption and preserving the environment. Therefore, we use ecological materials as well as regenerative and energy-efficient technologies during construction.
Solid wood construction (CLT system- cross-laminated timber walls and ceilings made of solid wood) in combination with a steel structure as well as solid reinforced concrete floor slabs and supporting walls. Significant advantages of this combination over other construction methods exist in terms of stability, fire resistance, heat demand and indoor climate.
The use of the CLT system significantly reduces global warming potential and generates only negligible amounts of waste.
The combination of steel and wood provides better "movement capacity" without cracking, resulting in excellent anti-seismic properties.
Insulated and ventilated with wood cladding, our façade with charred wood surface extends the life of the outer shell and also saves energy thanks to a high insulating effect.
